Ms. Lanouette has been with AHD, Inc. since 2002. She is responsible for assisting in coordinating the company’s housing development activities, working with government financing agencies, private mortgage lenders and equity syndicators. Ms. Lanouette supervises the property and liability insurance program for the AHD, Inc. project portfolio and assist in the asset management function of AHD Management, Inc., the housing management affiliate of AHD, Inc.
Prior to Joining AHD, Inc. Ms. Lanouette was a student majoring in management and computer technology.
