Richard N. Tager
President
Mr. Tager, one of the co-founders of AHD, Inc., is responsible for the overall operation of the company. He has been involved in all aspects of the organization, development, financing, construction, and management of low/moderate income housing assisted by federal, state and local finance and insurance program throughout the United States.
Mr. Tager is also a co-founder and President of AHD Management Inc., the housing management affiliate of AHD, Inc.
Mr. Tager served as house counsel for the Washington, D.C. office of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Architects/ Engineers, and he was general counsel for CRI Inc., a national multi-family housing developer/ syndicator. Mr. Tager has also practiced law, specializing in real estate and housing development matters.
