Mr. Mitchell has been with AHD since 1989. He is responsible for coordinating the company's housing rehabilitation programs and directing the asset management function of AHD Management, Inc., the housing management affiliate of AHD, Inc.
Mr. Mitchell, a real estate development professional in the Washington Metropolitan area for more than twenty-five years, has experience in all facets of Real Estate development including, site selection and acquisition, government and community relations, large scale multi-family housing, tenant relations and tenant relocation programs.
